Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional, evidence-based therapy services to clientele
- Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy sessions using various modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapy
- Collaborate with clients to set goals and monitor progress throughout treatment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation following regulatory guidelines.

With competition comes failures, and the mental health space is no different. Sondermind, one of the bigger funded ventures in this space, is using its larger scale (and war chest of funding) to acquire companies that are struggling (see its 2023 acqusiion of Mindstrong's tech assets, and its previous acquisition of the neuroscience company Total Brain). With its matchmaking platform making talk therapy and psychiatric care more accessible, it will be interesting to see how the mental health space as a whole (for example, HeadSpace) adapts as larger players continue out-compete and/or acquire smaller players in an effort to fuel sustained growth and uptake while maintaining differentiation from each other.
