HR & Immigration Specialist The Human Resources & Immigration Specialist is a key member of the Spear Human Resources team, supporting Spear team members and candidates in their immigration sponsorship needs and administrative support to the Spear Headquarters office and team. Reporting directly to the VP, HR, this role will serve as subject matter expert on immigration matters and liaison with the company’s immigration attorney, to support the timely administration of immigration proceedings across the organization. The HR & Immigration Specialist will also support the Spear Headquarters team in all general office administration and other HR projects.
