Your Impact - The Leave & Benefits Coordinator plays a critical role in the employee experience at Spear and is responsible for the timely and accurate administration of leaves of absence.  You will provide education on leave eligibility and on various on employer sponsored benefits, inform team members of their enrollment period and leave benefit options, answer questions as they arise and ensure all systems are maintained and updated as needed.  You will ensure Spear is compliant in all applicable state and federal, benefit and leave regulations.
