Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, dynamic Area Care Coordinator to lead and develop our Care Coordinator team across our New Jersey locations. In this role, you'll help support on-site teammates who directly impact our patients' experience, ensuring SPEAR's mission, vision, and values are upheld to deliver exceptional care.
