This includes developing strong relationships with university partners, managing our talent acquisition platforms and coordinating the complete recruitment cycle for candidates.  As the primary point of contact for all candidates, hiring managers and external vendors, you will ensure that Spear can efficiently staff all open roles. You will develop creative methods to attract talent, take initiative to proactively identify and solve issues that could impact Spear’s talent pipeline and support decisions through data reporting.
