Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will drive the innovation roadmap and market success of Spring Health’s suite of behavioral health provider platforms, including the Compass electronic health record.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead cross-functional teams of product managers, data scientists, marketers, designers, and engineers to achieve rapid innovation, cost efficiency, solution differentiation, and market success
• Identify and pursue opportunities to leverage Spring Health platforms to expand the provider network and create new business opportunities
• Cultivate a high-performing product team, setting clear expectations, providing continual guidance and feedback, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, trust, accountability, and growth
• Partner with clinical affairs, provider operations, and clinical operations to integrate clinical understanding, provider efficiency, patient safety, confidentiality, and compliance into the provider experience and roadmap
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform decisions and optimize results
