We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our Pricing and Value Experimentation (PAVE) team . In this role you will build and enhance data products that inform our pricing strategy and reinforce the value proposition of our newest mental health programs. 

What you’ll be doing: 

• Drive the development of innovative data products that demonstrate the value of Spring’s newest programs to customers.
• Build models and simulations to forecast operational, clinical, and financial performance of Spring programs, in order to inform pricing strategy and set customer expectations.
• Analyze data across all aspects of the member mental health journey to show our customers the value of their investment and provide them with actionable insights on how to further improve member wellbeing.
