We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Customer Experience team. In this role you will build and enhance data products that demonstrate and optimize the value of the Spring Health benefit for customers.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Contribute to the development of algorithms and models that power our customer-facing data products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design and Engineering to deploy those capabilities in production.
• Analyze data across all aspects of the member mental health journey to show our customers the value of their investment and provide them with actionable insights on how to further improve member wellbeing.

What we expect from you: 

• You are passionate about changing the face of mental health care and Spring Health’s mission to remove all barriers to mental health resonates with you.
• You have a degree in a STEM-related field and at least 3 years of commercial experience in a data science role.
