Reporting to the VP, FP&A this role will act as the main finance partner to our Chief of Staff, General Counsel, and Chief People Officer. In addition to managing their forecasts and providing decision support analysis, this role will be a key member of the FP&A team leading consolidation and reporting workflows and be responsible for managing the balance sheet and cash flow forecasts. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Business partner to Chief of Staff, General Counsel, and Chief People Officer
• Own budgets and forecasts for Legal, People Operations, Facilities, Executive office and other G&A Expenses
• Own Cash Flow and Balance Sheet forecasting, understanding how company wide initiatives and accounting policies impact both of them
• Assist with forecast process, own consolidation of business line models and outputs, ensuring consistency among operational strategies and financial forecasts
• Work across FP&A to prepare Board of Directors and Investor Presentations
• Assist with annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and five-year planning process
