We’re looking for a new leader in our business intelligence (BI) organization to continue to shape our embedded analyst program at Spring Health. This is a player coach role: you will have the opportunity to mix boots-on-the-ground analytics work while also partnering with our director of business intelligence to set the strategy for the embedded analyst program and directly manage three direct reports. To start you will be aligned with our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team, working to automate the integration of several data sources; help refine KPIs for the team; and build out tools, analyses and dashboards to help the team operate at the top of their potential.
