Spring Health is looking for an Accounting Manager to join our accounting team to manage and oversee the daily operations of the GL department while improving month end close processes.  Reporting to the Director of Financial Operations, this role will be an integral member of our accounting team and help us achieve our goals as we continue to experience rapid growth.

What you’ll be doing:

• Play a key role in our month end close process, implementing best practices and improvements
• Oversee the execution of proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Lead and drive monthly balance sheet reconciliation reviews
• Support in the our annual audit process
• Own internally developed software processes to ensure accurate project tracking and coordination with our engineering team
• Oversight over Cost of Sales and monthly reporting to leadership
• Lead and manage all aspects of payroll and accruals processes
