The Senior Director of Enterprise Sales is responsible for leading and managing a team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth within the 10,000-30,000 EE employer space. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with key clients, and providing guidance and support to the sales team. Additionally, the Senior Director of Enterprise Sales is responsible for analyzing market trends and customer needs to continuously improve sales performance and drive business growth.
