The Clinical Manager, Substance Use Disorder will serve as a clinical lead and people manager on a multidisciplinary team to expand and ensure the success of the Spring Health SUD Program.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Provide training and clinical supervision to team of care navigators
• Manage and support team on clinical case escalations, interfacing with members and customers when necessary
• Outreach members, conduct Screening, Brief Intervention, Referral to Treatment sessions, conduct case management of caseload as needed
• Collaborate with Program Manager to develop operational workflows to improve program efficiency and implement new initiatives
• Build and implement components of Outpatient and IOP SUD Program
• Monitor and drive team performance on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Support program evolution to eliminate barriers to accessing SUD treatment
• Collaborate with Program Manager and cross-functional teams to improve tooling to optimize member experience and team workflows
• Manage relationships with external treatment provider programs
• Lead presentations to internal and external stakeholders
