We are looking for a Sr. Manager of Provider Activation to join the Provider Operations team. The Provider Operations team’s mission is to build, retain, and empower the most diverse, high-quality provider community to drive member delight and clinical outcomes. The Sr. Manager of Provider Activation will be responsible for the creation and leadership of the provider marketplace engagement function, which exists to grow capacity from within our network via effective community-building programming. This person will deeply understand Spring Health’s provider and member supply and demand dynamics and obsesses over driving provider capacity and utilization.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and manage the Provider Activation team
• Monitor and evolve the metrics & reporting we use to understand the capacity, satisfaction, turnover of our existing network by state; create processes and programs to engage providers and improve scale
• Connect with Spring Health individual providers on an ongoing cadence to understand common pain points and gather feedback, with the ultimate goal of growing ...
