We are looking for a Communications Strategist to join the Provider Operations team. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Communications Strategist will design the vision and roadmap for the provider communications program in order to advance the team’s mission to build, retain, and empower the most diverse, high-quality provider network. The Communications Strategist will be primarily responsible for partnering with Provider Operations leaders in designing and implementing a communications strategy for the vertical as well as building and managing provider appreciation, education, and engagement campaigns. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Build, implement, and evolve a high-level cross-functional communications strategy for the Provider Operations team to keep providers informed
• Work cross-functionally to understand the provider journey and design a provider lifecycle communications strategy that enables, engages and guides contract providers from onboarding through their first 60 days at Spring Health
