Treasury Analyst (Portugal Based, Remote/Hybrid)
Job Description
As part of the Accounting Department, you will integrate the Financial and External Reporting Team in charge of the production and justification of financial statements at Sword Health.
This department counts about 20 people with a target to be between Portugal and the US. You will join a team of 12 people in Porto.
As a Treasury Analyst, you will be in charge of the monitoring, tracking and record of all the bank transactions; reporting all company cash activities to the management and supporting forecasting cash activities.
What you'll be doing:

Daily Reconciliation and Analysis:

Perform daily reconciliation of bank data and incoming wire and ACH settlements.

Analyze reconciliation output and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.

Monitor and ensure accuracy of outgoing ACH settlement files.

Process correcting entries to clients using automated tools and manual adjustments.
