What you'll be doing:

• Create engaging and informative animated videos aligned with our brand’s strategy and guidelines.
• Brainstorm with the team and develop different video formats, such as animated shorts and exercise demonstrations, to enrich and personalize our educational content.
• Maintain ownership of your work from concept stage through final delivery;
• Identify opportunities for creative problem solving;
• Collaborate and partner directly with Stakeholders across the business, lead group discussions and ideate towards individual assignments.
• Strong visual taste and aptitude to translate statics assets into strong animations, while keeping all graphics on-brand and consistent.
• Create video content to be used for our users
• Collaborate with other designers and partners to evolve Sword’s brand identity.
• Deliver work on time and proactively communicate when extensions are needed.

What you need to have:

• +3 years experience as Motion Design at a product company or agency (B2C experience is a bonus);
• A portfolio that showcases strong motion visuals,
