What you’ll be doing:
- Enhancing the effectiveness of our Digital Physical Therapy program by ensuring frequent, timely, and relevant engagement with members to guide them successfully through their journeys and meaningfully improve their lives
- Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify opportunities for program improvement.
- Designing and implementing new processes and training standards to elevate program quality and consistency
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of our programs to inform decision-making and strategic planning

To see just how much money there is to be made in the space, the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) estimates that low back and neck pain alone accounted for a whopping $134.5B in healthcare expenditures in the US in 2016...with the number 2 spot going to other musculoskeletal disorders at a paltry $130B.
