The Role The Care Operations Senior Associate works closely with our care teams, patients and their families to ensure access to clinical and non-clinical services identified by our teams. The ideal candidate is excited about the idea of working closely with our provider and payer partners to figure out the best referral options for our patients using our AI-enabled platform.
