Our cognitive care program is seeking a Telehealth Registered Nurse with experience in clinical care, geriatrics, and/or working with patients with dementia. Uur program provides support, education, and care coordination for individuals with Dementia, Alzheimer's, and other cognitive diseases. This position is fully remote, with all necessary technology provided to work from home. Occasional travel to our headquarters in Chicago, IL, or other locations may be required.Compensation & Benefits: Position is full time/exempt with competitive salary and benefits package including health insurance offering. Salary range for this role is competitive depending on the candidate’s level of experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor of science degree in nursing (BSN) or an associate's degree in nursing (ADN) from an approved nursing program. Registered nurses must be licensed.
