As we expand rapidly in 2024, we are seeking compassionate, resourceful, and dedicated Community Care Navigators to support patients and caregivers dealing with neurodegenerative diseases. Ideal candidates will have experience in clinical care, geriatrics, and/or working with patients with dementia. Bilingual fluency in Spanish, both verbal and written, is essential to support our diverse patient and caregiver population.  This fully remote position provides the necessary technology to work from home, with occasional travel to our headquarters in Chicago, IL, or other locations.
