Provides high-quality individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, behavioral management, and assessment to patients, caregivers, and loved ones on behalf of Synapticure to the neurodegenerative community across the US.  Responsible for diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders in collaboration with the clinical care team including the treating physician, psychiatrist, and members of the care team.  Participates in the creation of individualized treatment plans according to the patient's needs and circumstances.  Meets with the Care Team regularly to collaborate on a patient's progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
