We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Operations Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The IT Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization's IT systems and infrastructure. This role involves monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing various IT systems, troubleshooting issues, implementing improvements, and providing technical support to end-users. Above all, you embody the Thirty Madison mission of providing access to healthcare for all who suffer from chronic conditions.
