Job Description
Role Title: Senior Product Manager, Growth
Compensation: 160-170k/ Annually
Role Description: As the Senior Product Manager of Growth & Demand at Tia, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our customer acquisition and engagement strategy, focusing on optimizing key conversion points across our website, membership funnel, and optimizing user engagement throughout the membership journey, including the first 30 days, while driving sustained interaction with our services through a data-driven, growth-oriented approach. You will own both growth experiments and demand-generation initiatives, working to increase member engagement and lifetime value.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, operations, marketing, and analytics teams to drive growth across all touch points in the user journey.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of product management experience, with a focus on growth, conversion optimization, and user engagement.
- Strong quantitative background with experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and using data to inform decision-making.

Women's health and FemTech, while still underserved, have been receiving more and more funding over the past half decade or so, with players ranging from Maven to Kindbody to Tia, all addressing different parts of the underserved women's health crisis. This is great, and about time. Tia, backed by the likes of Melinda French Gates and partnered with Cedar-Sinai in LA, is one of the bigger players, with well over $100mn raised to date. This space in general is exciting to watch and grow - because the need is there, and there's so much more we can do for patients. (March 2025)
