Role: Care Coordination Supervisor (Remote)

Schedule: West Coast Coverage (9am - 6:30pm PST)

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $54,500 - $79,300. Tia’s base salary range for this role is based on national market data and applies consistently, regardless of where a team member resides.
