Position Title: Lead Clinic Assistant
Location: 15051 N Kierland Blvd Suite #200, Scottsdale, AZ 85254, United States
Schedule: MONDAY - FRIDAY 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Compensation: $24/hr to $27/hr
Reports To: Clinic Manager
POSITION SUMMARY: Lead Clinical Assistant is responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of a Tia clinic location. This role responds to the needs of patients and other departments. It supports non-clinical and clinical support staff directly or indirectly, coordinates activities with providers and other departments to schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and manage related systems and processes to provide quality services in a safe and positive environment. The Clinical Assistant must be able to perform all functions of the roles supported , including Medical Assistant I, Medical Assistant II and Front Office Roles.

This is great, and about time. Tia, backed by the likes of Melinda French Gates and partnered with Cedar-Sinai in LA, is one of the bigger players, with well over $100mn raised to date. This space in general is exciting to watch and grow - because the need is there, and there's so much more we can do for patients. (March 2025)
