About You:
We are looking for a Sr. Data Analyst to support our Analytics team and Valera team remotely. Join a dedicated team committed to improving mental health care, supported by the latest technology and systems to ensure efficient and effective work.
Essential Functions:
- Work with large data sets and build metrics to provide meaningful insights to leadership around Clinical Outcomes, Revenue Cycle Management, Finance, Business Development, and Marketing.
- Identify key insights to leverage claims and other business measure data further.
- Build and maintain internal-facing, self-service dashboards to support day-to-day decisions for department leads.

Mental health is a complicated space for patients, providers, and insurers. It's often used as a "catch-all" term which doesn't really do it justice - encompassing a wide range of diseases, a seemingly uncountable number of environmental and genetic factors, and the ever-present challenges of polypharmacy, provider shortages, and access restrictions makes mental health a critically underserved area of societal need. Valera Health, based out of Brooklyn, is looking to change all of this, branding itself as a "one-stop-shop" for those in need of mental health support. A huge challenge - and one that Valera is scaling to meet. They've raised over $70mn at this point, and are employing clinicians across the mental health space (NPs, psychologists, social workers, and more) to help accomplish it's mission. (April 2024)
