We offer affordable memberships to small and medium-sized businesses. Their employees become our members, gaining access to care from our provider network. Our core services include primary care, mental health counseling/couching, and occupational health clinics. We meet our members where they are: online, at home, and at work, eliminating the need for brick & mortar clinics. 

The Role

Vitable Health is seeking per diem Phlebotomist or Medical Assistant for our provider network to support pop-up occupational health clinics at worksites, and to complete in-home lab services for our members.

Responsibilities

• Check vital signs
• Venipuncture
• Instruct patients on self-collection
• Administer and read PPD tests
• Meticulous documentation of all encounters in EMR
• Deliver specimens to a lab or other designated drop-off point
