The Company
Vitable's mission is to provide delightful and accessible primary care and mental health services to populations who may be un- or under-insured. We do this by providing affordable memberships that are sponsored by employers and other partnering organizations. Our members can book appointments with available providers to receive care that is convenient, affordable, and patient-focused.
The Role
We are seeking a mental health provider to treat youth (primarily teens, aged 13-18 years) and their families for the Boys & Girls Club in Pittsburgh. Must be able to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children and families affected by violence, and contribute meaningfully to their emotional and psychological health.
This position is per diem. Sessions will take place onsite at various Pittsburgh locations, Monday-Friday from the hours of 3-8pm EST or 10am-4pm EST.

There are many gaps in the US healthcare system from a coverage standpoint, and Vitalize Health is focusing on a very specific one: hourly workers. Specifically, what happens if you're an hourly worker, make too much to qualify for Medicaid, but not enough to cover the premiums, deductibles, and other costs of other insurance plans? This gap may seem crazy to clinicians from single payer systems like the UK's NHS, but is widespread in the US. And Vitalize?
