WHOOP is seeking a Test Technician to join our hardware team and support the evaluation and validation of our wearable technology. In this role, you will execute test procedures and assess the performance of critical hardware subsystems, helping ensure our product meets the highest standards for reliability, accuracy, and user experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute test procedures for WHOOP hardware, evaluating the performance and reliability of internal subsystems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify issues and improve overall product functionality
- Collect, document, and analyze test data to provide actionable feedback to design and development teams
- Conduct functional, stress, and regression testing on prototype and production devices
- Support root cause analysis and troubleshooting efforts as needed
- Maintain clear and organized records of test plans, results, and anomalies
