WHOOP Labs is the research arm of WHOOP. Our work focuses on conducting human trials to develop next-gen features and technology.
As the WHOOP Labs Research Operations Coordinator, you will work alongside the WHOOP Labs team to manage research operations and participant communication for a large study running in the lab. Your efforts will support the organization as we continue to push the envelope and lead the wearables industry.
This role is a four month contract.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own participant recruitment and logistics for a high-touch longitudinal research effort
- Identify demographic gaps in organic recruitment and execute outreach initiatives to recruit participants that meet target criteria
- Research and establish the logistical needs and incentives most compelling to target groups; design study variations that engage “difficult to recruit” populations
