Job Description

As a Lab Technician at WHOOP, you will play a key role in building prototypes, testing new product concepts, organizing and maintaining the engineering labs, and soldering/reworking PCBAs. You will work closely with mechanical, electrical and firmware engineers to fabricate components, fixtures, and assemblies.
The ideal candidate is capable of both electrical and mechanical work and has excellent organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment. You must have a willingness to work hands on with microelectronics, cable assemblies, adhesives, and fixture assembly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Electrical rework and analysis of PCBAs and other components
- Mechanical assembly of small, intricate components
- Management of Electrical, Mechanical, and Automated Test labs
- Part measurements - microscope, vision system (i.e. OGP), calipers
