As an Operations Analyst at WHOOP, you'll gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced supply chain operations department and will help build the foundation for successful growth and operational excellence initiatives. This role will focus on optimizing processes, systems and will participate in cross-functional operational projects. The ideal candidate has experience in operations, logistics, procurement or supply planning, will have a passion for problem solving, strong analytical skills and a bias for action.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support operations leadership in developing a long term strategy for the growing DTC supply chain, focusing on third party logistics and carrier management.
- Work closely with third party logistics providers to ensure a smooth flow of member orders.
