The Marketing Analytics team at WHOOP helps drive smarter, data-backed decisions that fuel sustainable growth. We work closely with stakeholders across marketing, product, and growth to ensure that insights translate into meaningful business outcomes. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support our Lifecycle Marketing (LCM) team, which plays a critical role in engaging, retaining, and monetizing our member base. This role will drive insights that optimize WHOOP’s marketing campaigns, refine customer segmentation strategies, and improve retention and engagement metrics. You will work closely with LCM, Data Engineering, and Product teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and campaign effectiveness.
