WHOOP is hiring an experienced, data-driven Growth Lifecycle Marketing Manager to manage and build growth initiatives such as referral programs, winback and new business initiatives. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager reports to the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support and drive growth across refer-a-friend, winback and new business initiatives through multiple channels including email, push, in-app, and SMS
- Drive innovative customer marketing efforts, always leveraging industry best practices
- Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to optimize strategies and maximize ROI
