WHOOP is hiring a Senior Business Recruiter to join our dynamic recruiting team and help drive the growth of our business functions. Your efforts will be crucial in identifying and attracting top talent, ensuring WHOOP continues to scale with the right people in place to drive our mission forward.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate contact through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff to People Operations.
