WHOOP is hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support to our end-users, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction. In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining our IT infrastructure, resolving hardware and software issues, and supporting our team with their technological needs. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and productivity of our team, fostering an environment where everyone can perform at their best.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues on PC and MAC platforms.
• Document all support call solutions, actions taken, and incorporate that data into the knowledge base as necessary.
