As an Applications Specialist at WHOOP, you will be part of our Corporate IT team. Your duties would revolve primarily around maintaining our SaaS applications, reporting, integrations, user management, and maintaining/improving security standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing technical support for various internal applications and software systems. This includes troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and assisting users.
- Monitoring application performance and reliability. Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and fix any technical issues with software applications.
- Integrate and manage single sign-on (SSO) solutions, such as Okta, to streamline user access and enhance security for multiple SaaS applications.
- Lead or assist in platform consolidation projects, such as migrating data and users from one application to another.
