Hardware Engineering Project Manager II (Product Compliance)

As a Product Compliance Project Manager, you will work cross-functionally with WHOOP Hardware Engineering, Growth, Legal, Supply Chain, and Operations teams as you refine and drive the regulatory compliance and certification process for hardware products. You will manage projects related to wireless, EMC/EMI, safety, labeling, and environmental regulatory compliance in domestic and international markets. You will work directly with global test labs and certification bodies to enable products to launch on time and in compliance with all regulatory requirements by region. This role is pivotal in unlocking access to the WHOOP product in global markets.

- Lead the project management of regulatory compliance efforts for both market expansion & new hardware development. This includes collating requirements, building & driving schedules from pre-screen testing through full certification for each market/region.
