As a Senior Business Systems Analyst joining our team, you will develop and configure the workflows, automation rules, and process enhancements that drive our core business systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Finance, and Membership Services to ensure our systems are efficient, reliable, and aligned with business needs. This role requires an understanding of ERP and CRM platforms, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and configure workflows, automation rules, and process enhancements within business systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, iPaaS solutions)
- Analyze current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and system automation
- Write and own technical and system documentation
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, Membership Services to support project delivery
