The receptionist is the first impression for visitors in or calling the corporate office. The receptionist will be responsible for the appearance and upkeep of the front waiting area, conference room, and break room. Responsible for maintaining conference room schedule and call routing throughout the corporate office.  

Responsibilities:

• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Schedule conference rooms
• Answering and forwarding phone calls.
• Assist Executive team with scheduling of meetings.
• Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
• Prepare coffee every morning for the executives.
• Receive orders for Utensils, Sodas, water, coffee, etc.
• Order breakfast or lunches for meetings.
• Receiving and sorting daily mail and packages.
• Support and transfer incoming phone calls.
• Other tasks as assigned.  This is an on-site position.
