Job Summary:

The Compliance Analyst position is responsible for supporting the Compliance Department with coordinating internal and external audits, documenting and monitoring related corrective action plans, and other compliance related activities.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Prepares and communicates audit and examination reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
• Reviews, submits and maintains tracking of materials sent to external state and federal regulatory agencies
• Assists with collecting documentation for internal and external audits and regulatory reporting
• Supports other regulatory compliance related activities as needed
• Perform ongoing compliance audits including CMS Mock audits, to assess effectiveness of policies/procedures, adherence to federal regulations, and compliance safeguards
• Collects, validates and analyzes required data, documents, and information submitted to state and federal regulatory entities for inquiries, audits and examinations
• Acts as compliance liaison and expert for regulatory inquiries, audits and examinations of NeueHealth
• Gathers applicable documents and draft responses to routine and in-depth regulatory inquiries, audits and examinations
