The Finance team is responsible for accurately reporting the financial results of Clover Health and overall business activities. The team coordinates and directs all financial transactions in the accounting system as well as supports company wide goals and initiatives relative to the financial needs of all departments. The finance team assures that all transactions adhere to company policies and procedures, generally accepted accounting principles, and relevant authoritative guidance.

We are looking for a Director, Finance and Assistant controller to lead our Financial Reporting and Accounting functions.  The primary responsibility is to ensure our quarterly and annual financial reporting meet both GAAP and Statutory financial reporting requirements. You will partner with our SEC Counsel, Financial Reporting and Analysis, and the Investor Relations teams and will play a leading role interpreting the latest GAAP standards and the application of these standards to support our financial reporting and footnote disclosures.
