At Counterpart Health, we are transforming healthcare and improving patient care with our innovative primary care tool, Counterpart Assistant. By supporting Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), we are able to deliver improved outcomes to our patients at a lower cost through early diagnosis and longitudinal care management of chronic conditions. 

We are hiring a Director of Analytics on the Counterpart Assistant team to lead our analytics team. The analytics team is a mix of data scientists, analysts, and BI developers working to build our analytics platform, our analytics pipelines, and driving our analytic understanding of the Counterpart Assistant’s impact on improving patients’ outcomes. This role spans internal analysis such as product analytics, external reporting such as customer business reviews, and product functionality in our embedded reporting suite.
