We are seeking a Lead Physician located in Hudson County or surrounding counties to support our community-focused healthcare services.
As a Lead Physician, you will:
- Be accountable for the care and outcomes of a cohort of patients to be managed directly, and/or in close collaboration with nurse practitioners.
- Coach and manage the Nurse Practitioners in your specified geographic area to ensure clinical excellence, individual performance, and ongoing development.
