By supporting Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), we are able to deliver improved outcomes to our patients at a lower cost through early diagnosis and longitudinal care management of chronic conditions. 

As the Director of Product Management for Clinical Interventions, you will lead a team of product managers and cross-functional pods in building Counterpart Assistant to be the most focused and targeted product available for physicians in support the care of patients. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for our clinical Interventions pillar, ensuring that Counterpart Assistant optimizes every data point and interaction, leaving zero redundancy and fully optimized outcomes.
