Doctors of Physical Therapy is looking for a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist to maintain our excellent patient care standards with one-on-one care while cultivating dynamic relationships with patients and team members. Salary starting at $84K annually. As Clinic Director you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic and treating patients with the following support:
- Front Office Coordinator - Manages the front desk, patient appointments, new patient registration.
- Technician-Aides - Assists the therapist with patient care or patient related needs under supervision.
- Corporate Billing Department - Manages all patient insurance verifications, and patient billing.
- Marketing Department - Creates marketing materials to support the clinic, manages the corporate social media presence and advertising.
- Business Development Team – Helps drive and manage referrals to the clinic.
- Human Resources Department – Conducts job searches, manages hiring needs and employee benefits.
- Education Director - Supports clinics with educational opportunities, CEU courses, CI opportunities, and mentorships.
