We're seeking part-time remote Therapists in Pennsylvania to join our diverse, mission-driven, and collaborative team.
Compensation
You will be employed as a W2 employee with an hourly rate
- $115–$130 per session for initial assessments
- $70–$80 per session for ongoing therapy
Compensation covers both session time and required documentation
To ensure financial stability, we guarantee a minimum payment of 7 hours per week at your clinical hourly rate
You will also be eligible for an annual increase in your hourly rate based on your performance

This is pretty alarming, and the space where Handspring Health is building, combining both virtual and in person care.
