We are seeking a passionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team. In partnership with a major health plan, we are innovating to close gaps in care by delivering healthcare to underserved populations through real-time telehealth visits. You will provide telehealth visits for postpartum and well-child check-ups for children aged 3 to 21 in Ohio. Providers will not be responsible for acute care, chronic illness management, or medication prescribing. Instead, you will serve as the initial point of contact, referring patients for ongoing care as needed.

**Schedule:**Our program operates seven days a week (weekdays from 8 AM to 10 PM EST and weekends from 8 AM to 8 PM EST).
