We are rebuilding the healthcare system by cutting costs, confusion, and complexity through direct contracts and payment with providers, deep data dives, and convenient patient care.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Director of Nursing (DON) to join Patient's Choice Home Health Care a subsidiary of Nomi Health in Miami, Florida. You will contribute by overseeing the delivery of all home health care services to include professional nursing, therapy, and non-skilled services. Under the supervision of the Administrator, the DON directs and evaluates the activities of the clinical area.

Everyone knows healthcare is expensive and bloated. There's been a rise of direct-to-consumer (D2C) healthcare companies, slashing costs by cutting out administrative layers and insurance providers, providing more direct care to patients. Nomi Health is one of these (also, see Sesame). As healthcare costs rise (as well as insurance premiums, deductibles, and out of pocket expenses) it appears that D2C has carved out a sizable niche. The bigger question - which companies will be the ultimate winners, and will more patients adapt to models where insurance is not prioritized? (May 2024)
